As part of a partnership between the Museum of Biological Diversity and the Grandview Heights Public Library, I create monthly display cases that feature scientific concepts that are aimed towards children and their caregivers. These "kiosks" feature interactive components, as well as tactile and visual materials from the MoBD's extensive specimen collections. The first set of "kiosks" were Halloween themed and included bats, skeletons, and disguises in the animal kingdom. This partnership has produced grant proposals and involves ongoing assessment.
